The ground floor of the Kansui Terrace is a dessert cafe called Ten Ten Tea, which closes at 6pm. The staff was very friendly and recommended the Noto milk gelato and the houjicha gelato, which was absolutely delicious. We'll try to get there earlier another time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
