Decent izakaya for a dinner. Saga beef tataki was good, not too chewy, cut in thin slices. Sashimi set was very decent, we liked it. Fried oysters tasty as well. Grilled fish could have been less dry. Tofu was also worth trying. Fried shrimp was ok. Car park is only available as paid city lot, there’s plenty of space just across the bridge. Solo traveling through Japan, I was looking for a place to be. And then I found Kansuke. Not only the food is delicious but the people are even better. I would never forget this place in my life and if I go back to Karatsu one day I would definitely go there. Not only I fell in love with the people but also with the waiter that was really cute (笑） 皆さん心から感謝します. 絶対にこの夜を忘れないよう . あなた達のフランス友からー ノア.
