De Kanthoeve is located in a beautiful area and has a modern, stylish interior. The open kitchen is nice to watch while you wait. However, the noise inside the restaurant was very loud, making it hard to have a conversation. I also ordered a ribeye steak, but it was served on a very hot plate, which kept cooking the meat and made it overcooked and dry. Because of these problems, my overall experience was disappointing.
