KANZAN is a must-try Kaiseki restaurant if you’re visiting Kyoto. Every course is beautifully crafted, and the entire dining experience feels special from start to finish. The Kaiseki meal is delicately prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and you can truly taste the care and flavor in every bite. Not only is the food outstanding, but the presentation is also stunning—each dish looks like a work of art.
