The porridge and ribs here are pretty decent, and the portion is quite generous. If you're on an afternoon food tour and want to save room for other dishes, sharing one bowl between two people is totally fine. What really caught my attention, though, are the cartilages and the fried dough sticks (quẩy). The cartilages aren't embedded in the meat but are served as separate pieces instead—they look a bit bare, but they aren't too hard to chew and have a nice, crunchy texture. But the real star of the show today is the quẩy! They are super soft here. I don't know about you, but to me, soft quẩy is the absolute best match for rib porridge. It just blends perfectly with the porridge... though if you prefer them crispy, this might not be your thing :) I feel like the parking space is actually bigger than the seating area haha. Since it's a sidewalk spot, seating is pretty limited, so most people just order takeout (it gets so crowded that it literally blocks traffic!).
