Excellent coffee - best in the area. Delicious grilled cheese. Their espresso blend is unique including liberica beans (one of the rarest coffees in the world) resulting in a rich complex taste profile. The Filipino flavored lattes are interesting. Kape Mo is right in the center of Cold Spring downtown and a great option for those looking for a beautiful interior, shopping and unique drinks! My friend and I got there right before closing and to our surprise, and gratitude, the staff was super welcoming. We really appreciated the quick and generous service! I got the matcha latte with oat milk and lavender and my friend got the pandan latte. The matcha flavor wasn’t as strong as I would prefer, and if I were to go back, I would ask for extra sweetener since the lavender was too subtle. It’s a bit expensive for the matcha, but the other menu items were reasonably priced. I would return to try the rose cardamom chai!
