The coffee was great, and I really appreciate the quality of the drink. However, I’d like to share some feedback that I hope you take constructively, as customer experience plays a vital role in any service-oriented business. What disappointed me was the customer service. A great drink, unfortunately, doesn’t make up for how customers are treated. 1. When we asked if you accept cards, a simple “yes” or “no” would’ve been enough. Instead, the barista replied with, “Small business lang po kami.” While we understand and respect that, the tone came across as dismissive and unnecessary. It felt more like a lecture than a helpful response. 2. My sister mistakenly ordered an “iced macchiato” when she meant to order a “caramel macchiato.” The barista responded with, “Alam niyo ba yung macchiato?”—again, in a sarcastic tone. Educating customers is one thing, but the delivery matters. A kind explanation would have gone a long way instead of making someone feel embarrassed for not knowing. Just because your café is popular with tourists doesn’t mean customer service should be taken lightly. We’ve visited several cafés in Baguio, and while your drinks are among the best, the customer service experience unfortunately fell short. Hospitality is a big part of running a coffee shop, and we hope this is something you take to heart and improve moving forward. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

You should put a sign that says ‘No Tourist Allowed’ or ‘Locals Only’ - The barista is so unnecessarily rude. Sarcasm ni kuya is not giving. We were super excited to see the place but the barista soured our mood and we left the place right away after namin na ubos yung drinks namin. Our group did not expect to be treated as royalties but I believe basic manner and courtesy is expected if you’re working in a customer service. So for tourists out there, i don’t recommend this place - THEY HATE US. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
