I used to go frequently for take away. The bread was fresh. Now they bake the bread and keep in hotpot. When I open the pack the bread is cold and rubber like. It looks that it was made a while ago. In house dining they provide fresh and hot bread. This has happened lately every time and I go rarely. Even on request they give the cold bread. A few of my friends have the same complaint and stopped going to Karachi Biryani. I got a ridiculous answer that the bread are always in good shape. I have never found the hot bread, they are always from hot pot. Some times I insist these are not edible. When I started coming to Karachi Biryani the bread was always freshly made but lately they are not. Pre-baked bread stored in hot pot is not acceptable to clients. This is how the business deteriorates the you start loosing clients. When you realize it is too late because the clients start going to some other restaurants as you are not the only restaurants in the towns. I will never come back to your restaurant. Dear customer, we are using freshest possible bread available in town. It is highly unlikely to keep up with the bread demand during rush hrs, therefore few breads are made as back up but never too early. Our breads are never Alhamdulilah become stretchy, and not "rubber".
