Janno was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, kind, and very attentive. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to give us the best service. His positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience at the restaurant so much better. Employees like Janno are the reason customers want to come back. He truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated and honestly, he deserves a raise!

I was permanent customer of Karafirin since the time that started working in west walk. But now maybe I’ll stop due to their horrible service. New hostess is super unprofessional, her body language, attitude is too bad. She couldn’t organize table for me while there were empty tables and asked her to reserve it for because I should leave for couple of minutes. She started taking my number and making reservations but when I was back she didn’t reserve the table for me which I asked for. She came with cake and just threw it on my table. I had no setup. I was waiting for my tea 25mins. Then they changed me to another table. Again I had no setup. 3 different waiters were “trying” to serve me. Even though I decided to give them second chance because I was always happy with this restaurant. So I came another time and it was same story. Stuff is lost, different people were serving us. Service became really horrible while food is very tasty. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
