Went to CARA after work and left disappointed. We found hairs in two different appetizer dishes, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and food preparation. Our waiter was very nice and eager to help, but since it was only his second day, he wasn't familiar with the menu or beer offerings and couldn't answer several questions. On top of that, the beer I ordered arrived skunked and had to be replaced. To the restaurant's credit, they swapped it out without hesitation. Everyone was polite, but between the hairs in the food and the issue with the beer, the overall experience missed the mark. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30

Super awesome staff and owner. We came here on our first trip to Boston randomly and did not regret it! Drinks and food were AMAZING!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
