Pros: grilled smoked cheese wrapped in bacon - very good and nice looking meal. Building looks nice.Cons: cold inside, heating off (Feb2022, 0°C outside, people wearing jackets), pork loin saute with slice of bacon/pork belly looked like steamed, no crispiness and some unpleasant taste. Starter herring a la Kielce too salty and unblanched, raw onion.
