On a journey between cities, we stopped at Kardesler Menemen in the Çakallı region, which is famous for its menemen. Menemen doesn't have much of a feature. It's like passing through a mixer and putting a slurry in front of it. However, I can easily say this. The staff working really fast and smiling, they tried to help as much as they could.
