What an evening at Karl-Mikael yesterday with food and wine experience, recommended. Christina was spoiled with lobster pâté, celeriac, horseradish foam, and I with Rapeseed pig, smoked onion, turnip, oyster emulsion for starters. For the main course, Christina chose halibut, radish, Brussels sprouts, lobster sauce and I chose Glazed fallow deer from Skåne, celeriac, juniper cloud. We couldn't resist the dessert Apple, ginger, almond, amaretto.
