From the visitors' point of view, the staff is unpleasant here. The lovely atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working week. But Karlo Lounge Bar hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

We organized our graduation party here. Let's start by saying that we liked the music that the DJ played, the aperitif and the cocktails. However, we must also report several negative aspects: around 9pm we asked to start bringing the aperitif, which however was finished serving around 10.30pm, also due to the lack of communication between the waiters, busy in two to manage two rooms at the same time. Many glasses were visibly dirty including lipstick stains. We were then told verbally twice (by two different people) that the cost of the drinks (separately) would be between €5 and €7, very different from the reality as shown in the photo: without discussing the prices, it remains the fact that more exact communication would not have hurt, considering that this is the main reason why we chose this formula. Finally, the most serious thing was the arrival of a cockroach from the ceiling, which ended up in the bags we had brought which contained our laurel wreaths. Furthermore, in this circumstance, we were asked not to open the emergency door, from which, however, people continued to enter and exit without control, despite the cold and the limited space. The next morning we reported these problems to the owner who, although accepting the feedback, justified himself by attributing the errors to the employees and, in the case of the cockroach, assuming that we had brought it.
