If you want good pizza in Salta, don't mess around. Don't go anywhere else. This chef knows pizza. He could make it in New York or Chicago or Naples or Rome. I'm just passing through, but I'll be dreaming about this pizza forever. The crust is perfect--thin and delicate and baked to perfection. I got the 3 cheese pizza and a spinach pizza. Both were superb. Ask the chef for his recommendation. Buy 2 pizzas just to try them with and give away what you can't eat. Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Vegetarian options: Chef can make anything for you.
