Dear Mr.Gorana,Please accept my formal and sincerest apologies regarding the unacceptable incident during your dining experience at our restaurant yesterday. I am deeply concerned to learn that an particles was found in your dish.We hold our food preparation and dining facilities to the strictest health and hygiene standards. What you experienced is a severe breach of our operational protocols. I have also initiated an immediate review with our Executive Chef and our contracted pest control agency to investigate this matter thoroughly and reinforce our preventive measures. To address this failure in service, the entire bill for your table has been fully waived. Furthermore, I would like to invite you back for a complimentary dining experience under my personal supervision, or arrange an alternative gesture of goodwill that best suits your preference. We take your feedback seriously and hope to restore your confidence in our establishment. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at +2349019713954 or Karma.hotel@live.com to discuss this matter further. With Warm Regards,Akash DubeyHotel ManagerKarma Hotel and Restaurant,Apapa
