Food at Karnaval

Keio University is what you should see after having a meal at Karnaval. The truth is that you will really like good hamburgers. Most guests consider the staff cute. This bar is notable for its fast service. The peaceful atmosphere is to be found here. But google users haven't given Karnaval a high rating.

Ran by retired professional boxer Kawasaki San, Karnaval is a hidden gem in Minato City! I did a one month fight camp in Minato City with a local boxing gym ( Puma Toguchi) and ate at Karnaval twice a day on weekdays. During my stay, Kawasaki San prepared dishes from all over the world (beef curry, fajitas, hamburger steak, spare ribs, etc) and Japanese specialties (salt fish, ramen, pork and chicken katsu etc). The atmosphere is excellent, with Kawasaki San cooking right in front of the counter-top seating, there are also tables available for groups. The decor is a mix of the Chef’s own artwork, boxing photos and Japanese boxing memorabilia, and Texas BBQ inspired posters and paintings. The meat dishes such as the spare ribs and hamburger steak, are especially excellent, cooked and seasoned well, extremely tender, and the portion size is generous. The food is all organic and healthy, with produce meat and seafood sourced locally from markets in Japan. I lost a lot of weight, saw increases in my muscle mass, and felt refreshed and filled with energy to train and explore Tokyo! For fighters in camp or athletes that are seriously training, you can request a meal plan tailored to your athletic goals including body recomp, weight loss, or weight gain, which includes lunch and dinner. You can specify how many times a week you want to eat and Kawasaki San will work with you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was in the mood for some Japanese hamburger steak and decided to try this restaurant. A bit expensive for lunch, but hard to resist some cheese with a hamburger steak. This place does serve the meat a bit rare (which I trust is fine), so if you like well done, might not be the best choice. I personally wanted a bit more food, so I can easily imagine people having split opinions. I enjoyed the rare hamburger steak, but I’m also easy to please, lol Crowd Size: Small. Payment Method: PASMO. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Thank you very much for visiting Karnaval and for taking the time to leave us a thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our Japanese hamburger steak and the cheese topping. Our hamburger steak is intentionally served slightly rare to preserve the quality and flavor of the carefully selected wagyu beef, but we’re grateful for your helpful feedback. If you prefer it more well done, please feel free to let us know next time—we’ll be happy to adjust the cooking to your preference whenever possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding the portion size. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving the dining experience for all of our guests. Thank you again for dining with us, and we hope to welcome you back the next time you’re in the mood for a delicious Japanese hamburger steak!

The spare ribs here are ridiculously good. The mashed potatoes that come with it are also creamy and go perfectly with the sauce! I had lunch here this time, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is just the right amount of casual and stylish, so I definitely recommend coming here for a drink! Spare ribs and wine seem like a great combination. . Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot
