The best Kaiseki experience I had in Japan. I recommended this restaurant to all of my friends and their family to come. The ingredients are all seasonally sourced and taste very fresh. I love that the chef puts in a lot of effort into all the dishes he made and cares about the small attention to details. For example, there are criss cross marks on the cherry tomatoes to ensure the other ingredients’ flavours and seasoning seeps in. This small attention to detail enhances the flavour of the dish. I usually do not like eel but the eel was the true highlight of the meal. The eel was shaped marvellously and paired so well with the fresh high quality wasabi. This is the #1 spot to go to!
