Absolutely fantastic service, they went over and beyond for my sons birthday, service with a smile I have even to other dessert places however this place was thoroughly by the family family and my kids. Be sure to visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ordered icecream from Kaspa's via deliveroo fairly often last year. They used to pile the cups high with icecream. Proper bang for your buck. Ordered an icecream today and it was a massive disappointment. It was literally just two scoops of sorbet at the bottom of the cup with the rest of the cup filled with whipped cream. Absolutely appauled. Will not be ordering from Kaspa's Basildon again. Whoever "prepared" this order needs a smack in the nose.
