You can always degust good filet américain and perfectly cooked strawberry shortcake - a special offer of this confectionary restaurant. If hungry, come here for tasty chocolate pancakes, fudge sundae and strawberry waffles. It's a must while visiting Kaspa's Fareham to drink delicious oreo milkshakes or great hot chocolate.
This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, prices are low. This place is ideal if anyone fancies a dessert date with their partner or friends. Tried multiple desserts and all were amazing. Crepes and Kunafa pistachio is my personal favourite. Kudos to Mukta, for being really sweet and her outstanding service

We took my son and his friends here on his birthday and it was great! The staff were brilliant, finding us a big table and playing the birthday song. Very quick service, delicious ice cream and very careful about allergies. Even when we left, one of the kids had left behind a hoodie and one of the guys ran after us with it - very kind! Definitely will go back.

Unfortunately yet another disappointing visit to Whiteley kaspas, and I don’t think we’ll be visiting again. Arrived with a large party and instead of trying to seat us together we were spread across three separate tables which were not close together. Then we waited in the queue for 15mins waiting to be served, only to be told that there was a minimum 25min waiting on any order and if we wanted something hot then it was longer. Ordering was frustrating as till clerk was more focused on delivery orders and kept disappearing. Then was told what I wanted was out of stock anyway. Had it not been for the fact that my children were with me and wanting ice cream then I would have probably left. Our orders then took so long to arrive to the table(s) that the children were frustrated and one had even fallen asleep! On top of this the orders were incorrect as well. Will be going elsewhere for a while now. It’s a shame because the location is perfect and the menu is very good. Service just unfortunately lets down here.
