Marco really cooks from the heart, and it shows in every dish. The food is made with high-quality ingredients, the portions are generous, and everything is prepared fresh to order. On top of that, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Went 6/27/26 got the Mignon and lobster and it was amazing I would say I wish there was a tad bit more meat and lobster but overall great. The fresh veggies, the platter did not need any salt or pepper. I asked for the sauces on the side because I didn't know how it was going to taste but the spicy mayo sauce was so delicious and it's so much more flavor to the platter. The platter is a good size serving could be for two people but I'm a bigger guy so it was enough for me and I still had leftovers. Came out to $38 w/tax plus $5 tip. If you’re craving Japanese food with great flavor and generous portions, Katahanas is a must try food truck. The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients. The staff, they’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel taken care of from the moment you order. One of the best parts is the value for money. The prices are excellent, and the portions are so generous that a single dish can easily feed two to three people.
