See Kiyosumi Teien by default, the guests' piece of advice is to visit this restaurant as well. Japanese food is good here. To try perfectly cooked tempura is a really nice idea.
If you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is energetic at Katayama. Nice service is something guests like here. Most clients are loyal to this place because of the comfortable atmosphere. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.2.

Best meal we had in Japan, by far. Highly recommended, extremely kind. This was our first stop before exploring the surrounding area, and the owners were very helpful in reccomending places to see and visit in the area. They have a lot of passion in their food which made us feel at home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing little Tempura shop. The couple that runs it are so welcoming and friendly. Menu is limited to a few selections, but everything is amazing and made with love. Seating is limited, but when we went prior to lunch time it was easy to get a seat at the main bar area right in front of the chef. Highly recommended if you want a very authentic Japanese Tempura experience. Will be returning to eat here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
