Northern style Pho. They do an amazing job with the broth! Best broth in the city in my opinion. Taste it on its own before you decide to load up your soup with toppings and condiments. The pickled garlic goes really well with it by the way.

BEST PHO I'VE EVER HAD!! 5/5 Amazing Pho at this brand-new spot – Haiway Street! Just opened not long ago and I’m already back for round two! The place has a clean, modern vibe with that warm Vietnamese street-food feel—wooden tables, Bat Trang bowls, super inviting. We went for the beef pho. The broth is crystal clear, deeply flavorful from long-simmered bones, with that perfect spice of Northern Vietnamese style, not overly sweet or artificial. Beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, thinly sliced, and plentiful. Came piled high with fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, green onions), crunchy bean sprouts. Bowls are huge and generous—super satisfying without feeling heavy. Sides were on point too: house-made chili sauce, garlic, a raw egg option (mixes in so well). Prices are fair for the quality and portion size ($18), staff friendly and quick, and since it’s new, it’s not packed yet—perfect time to try before the word spreads! If you’re craving authentic Hanoi pho with clean, aromatic broth and fresh everything, this is a must-try. Highly recommend!
