THE DINING MENU PRICES AND "PAYING ON ZOMATO" PRICES ARE DIFFERENT.
Let me start by reviewing service then will write about UNETHICAL PRACTICE at the restaurant. I went to restaurant ordered for Dum biryani. The biryani was average nothing great about, just about regular biryani you get anywhere. I ordered for a coke, I was served WARM COKE. Yes you read that right the COLD BEVERAGE was served WARM. Instead of telling me the coke is warm, he just gets the coke opens in up and puts it on my table. Irritated I asked why isn't the coke cold, he replies our FRIDGE is not working ?.
I asked for the bill, when the water came with the bill I told him I will pay on zomato. The waiter takes the bill back and prints another bill of higher prices. The menu in restaurant states Dum Biryani to be AED 29, but if you pay on zomato the restaurant charges you AED 32. Average food + Serving warm coke on a hot summer afternoon + cheating customer = Recipe for success(according to Katis restaurant)
