We came at around 12 pm on a Tuesday and were the only at the restaurant at that time. No greetings from the server, he didn’t mind going to our table to take the order, instead, we had to call him to place the order. He was standing at the register the whole time with his Airpod in his ear, he never checked on us to make sure we are good or needing something else. I asked for 2 extra bowls for my kids and only gave us 1. Overall, the Pho and Bun Thit Nuong were not bad at all, fried calamari was mediocre (a little rubbery) but service was absolutely horrible. 3% credit card fee is applied if paying with card (then what’s the point of having Amex card sign in the front) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Dined in at Kat’s Kitchen a week ago and had such a great experience! Katherine and her team treated us extremely well. The food is all made fresh with high quality ingredients! The sugarcane pineapple juice, coffee flights, scallops and hot stone pho were my favorite but everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Would recommend to everyone.
