新年会で伺いました。日本料理の店です。久しぶりでした。一品一品、抜群の仕込みですが、お料理を出すスピードが遅すぎる感じでした。6時半スタートですがコース料理の最終おろし蕎麦は、8時20分でした。御料理の出すタイミングは、重要だと感じます。
