At this place you can order the Japanese cuisine. Visitors don't highly appreciate katsudon at this restaurant. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Food is served too late. Even though there were about 30% of customers in the store and 4 employees (2 kitchens, 2 halls), it took 20 minutes for the signature product, Katsudon, to come out. . . It seemed like they were prioritizing take-out orders when cooking, but they were also talking a lot, leaving customers eating and drinking in the restaurant alone. The clerk's friendliness isn't bad, but I think they probably don't realize that the delivery time is significantly delayed. It's no longer fast food, and the infamous one-off beef bowl restaurant is still fast. If you're in a hurry and just want to have a quick bite, it's best not to go. Also, while the taste of the cutlet itself and the soup stock made in-store are still delicious, the cooking techniques, such as how to prepare the eggs, have become more amateurish than before. It's a shame because I used to think it was a good store. I hope that other katsuya can maintain the quality.
