This restaurant is the worst I’ve ever had in Japan. The soup base was burnt, and there was no apology. The lady at the cashier handed me the receipt with one hand and didn’t even crack a smile—extremely rude. As a paying customer, I had to put up with such terrible food and discriminatory service from the staff. I really don’t understand how these employees were trained. Highly not recommended!!
