Katsuya's katsudon is delicious, but the customer service here is terrible, and without even looking at customers' faces when they enter, they ask them to "please sit and wait." After that, it happened twice that I was left alone even after waiting. It will be crowded if you go at lunchtime on holidays, so it's better not to go there. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
