It was my first time visiting Katsuya, and it was around noon, so it was crowded. The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained and has a clean feel, and the miso cutlet is freshly fried and very satisfying ( ¯﹀¯ ) The rice was so smooth that I ended up ordering another bowl of rice. The wives of the staff are friendly and lively, and being able to choose between hot tea or water is nice at this time of year. It was a shop where I was satisfied with everything.
