内容としては、難聴のため店員さんの案内が聞こえなかったことから始まります。2人掛けの席への案内が小さい声だったので聞こえておらず、店内をキョロキョロしていた際に、その店員さんから「日本語わかります？」とイラッとした感じで言われました。ちなみに、入店した際に人数を聞かれたときにふつうに会話しています。また、席を示すようなジェスチャーも無しです。接客をする人として人間としてその言葉を使うのはどういう神経ですか？
そちらは何度も案内をしたのかも知れませんが、伝わっていなければ伝える努力をするべきです。

ちょっと気に食わないお客様が来たらそういう態度を常にしているのですか？
食事は美味しいのかも知れませんが、店員さんの態度のせいで食欲が湧かず、注文前にお店を出ました。その際には何の言葉もなく、まだお店を出ていないのにも関わらず、すぐ後ろでテーブルの消毒をされました。
