The food is a bit pricey but I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, helpful & polite. It was freezing inside though so that made it a little uncomfortable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in

I've been looking forward to trying shake shack. I'm sad I ever did. The lady taking my order was short and not friendly. The total for a single patty burger {no.3} with a shake added was $21. Extremely expensive. The fries were over cooked and not good. I asked for mustard and was told it would be on the side... It was not. The burger was great but nothing special for 21 bucks. The shake is good but the straw is so thin and the shake so thick I'll need to wait like 15 minutes for it to melt and become drinkable. I was happy to try but sad I did. Do better shake shack Katy freeway. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
