We reserved a private room for Sukiyaki one day before for our stay in Okayama. The next time we visit Okayama we will come back for sure. The moment we entered Kayano we felt welcome, the people were so nice and everybody tried to speak English and explain everything to us, as it was our first Sukiyaki. We paired the Sukiyaki with a nice red wine from Tuscany, their wine cellar is top class. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and serving us such a wonderful dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was by far the best restaurant I have ever been!! The service was amazing thanks to Makoto. Also want to thank Michinobu which made such tasty dishes for us. It was a pleasure to be there and enjoy this experience!!! 100% recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the best restaurant we’ve ever been to. We have been traveling through Japan and we wanted to try good teppanyaki, but we got the best ever. The service was amazing, i have no words for how outstanding this was. We were treated with such kindness, i’ve never felt this welcome in a restaurant. Our waiter Makoto was very friendly and took his time to have a friendly chat with us in between his very good service. Our chef Michinobu was clearly very professional and made his dishes with passion. Beautiful quality food. The overal service and experience in this restaurant was very special. I’ll never forget this. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
