Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The positive aspect of Kayes Kitchen is that the staff is energetic. Good service is something that guests would like to improve here. This place got negative comments because of the nice atmosphere. Many visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I ordered from kays kitchen for dinner today, I asked for my order for 1.15pm. I rang at 1.28 to be told my order had just left the shop and was on its way. I then rang at 1.52 (still not recieved order) to be told my order was still at the shop and they’d get it out to me!!!! First time ordering from here, will not order again Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst meal I’ve ever had. The mince and dumplings tasted disgusting. The meat was sour and tasted rancid. It also had an ammonia like odour. If I had forced it down I’d probably be hospitalised.
