It was a case of "all that glitters is not gold" But, it had a great ambience which was the catch for me. I had to make a call to request for bathroom essentials and for the boiler to be turned on and guess what? The boiler never worked. I was so sad because I haven't had a cold bath for like 2 years now. I left a cheaper hotel with better facilities for Kay's. I'm disappointed but then, what can I do? Nothing! I had a one night stay and I won't come back here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
