Drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive after ordering. A bottle of sparkling water came at room temperature. They brought all the food at the same time which meant some meals were left waiting. The Pizza was clearly made first so wasn't piping hot as it should be, it was luke warm. The chicken sandwich was poor, barely any chicken in it. They impose a 10% tip which honestly I wouldn't have given if I was asked but I didn't want to cause a scene. When the kids wanted to go to the toilet the Russian waitress refused them entry.
