Looks fancy but very disappointing. The chicken noodles tasted like instant supermarket food, low quality and overpriced. Sushi was just average. Service was slow – dishes came 20 minutes apart, so half the table finished while the rest were still waiting. Nice decor, but overall not enjoyable. 2/5. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited kazoku restaurant with high hopes due to its reputation for great food. While the sushi did not disappoint—everything was fresh and beautifully prepared—the experience was overshadowed by the lack of staff. When I arrived, the restaurant was completely empty of any employees. I had to wait for a long time before someone finally appeared, and even then, the service was slow and inattentive. The atmosphere felt eerie and unwelcoming, and it was frustrating to have such a good meal ruined by the absence of staff. If the management can’t maintain basic service, it's hard to recommend this place, no matter how good the food is. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
