C honteux 40 minute qu'on attend j ai jamais vue ça plusieurs personne commande après moi et passe avant sur tout on privilégie les commandes extérieur en plus j ai commander un kebab xxl au final j ai eu le droit que au reste avec un pain normal pour kebab alors que j ai payer le XXL jamais plus je retournerais c sur. Bonjour, merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés pour votre ressenti.Lors des fortes affluences, nous avons beaucoup de commandes simultanées sur place et en livraison. Les commandes sont donc préparées selon les cuissons et l’organisation de la cuisine, et pas forcément dans leur ordre de prise, ce qui peut expliquer certaines différences de délai.Concernant le XXL, n’hésitez surtout pas à revenir nous voir : nous aurions préféré pouvoir échanger avec vous directement et trouver une solution.Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau chez OKS.
