Really slow and disorganized now that they arent doing order sheets anymore. Why break a perfectly working system. Our group of 6 wasn't asked if we were doing ayce and the slow service led to one person getting only one roll and another only two. Yet all 6 were charged as ayce. The rest of us did not get what we paid for. Appetizers showed up almost an hour later. multiple rolls that weren't ours were brought to our table at the end. The last time one of the two brought were ours and with some attitude we were told to eat them or box them up but that we would be charged anyway. Original server then disappeared and we had to flag someone down while trying to leave and get the check. Which took 2-3 visits by a server. When we finally got the check it was just a total and nothing else. Had to ask again for an itemized ticket. Gave them a chance to remedy the situation but was met with pushback and hoops to jump through after initially a kind and apologetic conversation. I feel bad for the staff but at nearly $70 a head we shouldnt have had this experience where we felt stuck waiting for any sort of service and no one was able to get what they wanted. My favorite nigiri, a lot of vegan/vegetarian options, the most in town I've seen. Service has been kind and the dark, relaxed atmosphere is nice. Location is rough, but it's worth it in my opinion. Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Good sushi, good service, but beware, they'll charge you for anything you don't eat! We tried the Fuji Mountain roll and didn't love it so we only at half. We were the only table they had when we left. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
