Once the promenade around the Dainagoya Building is over, visit Keisuke. Here you will be offered good char siu, miso ramen and miso soup. The terrific staff welcomes visitors all year round. The concept of "Niku Soba" is interesting. The balance of the soy sauce broth with the subtle hint of ginger was also good. However, I felt it was lacking in umami. It just didn't feel satisfying enough. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

``Niku Soba Keisuke'', which my husband has always wanted to go to, can be summed up in one word: ``It was so delicious that I was satisfied with the price.'' When I came to Nagoya with the intention of conquering all the ramen shops near the Shinkansen exit, I ate there and then went home, but the flavor was bland everywhere, and I'm sorry, it wasn't delicious. So I went in wondering what this place was like, but it was delicious. My husband went with soy sauce and I went with miso. Miso has a lot of pepper, so I was sweating profusely when I ate it because I don't like spicy food, but it was delicious and addictive. It was a restaurant that I would like to eat at again.
