This place is great! We got the set for two and it came with a little bit of everything (like rice, soup, different types of tonkatsu, drink). It was filling and delicious. The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my second time eating here, and the tonkatsu is delicious – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The salad is also tasty, with crisp vegetables. There are two soup options: a dark clam broth that's flavorful but very salty, and another that's less salty and tastier. KEITEI is located on the 8th Floor of the Matsuya Ginza building. I arrived at 7pm on a Thursday evening and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. Service was very efficient and friendly. The 150g Pork Fillet Tonkatsu was ¥3,045 and I added a large shrimp for an extra ¥1,181. All of the food was 'very' good, but it's not the best Tonkatsu I've eaten in Tokyo.
