The service was consistently extremely slow. A single lunch or dinner could easily take up to two hours, simply because of the long waiting time between each course. Instead of being a relaxing meal, every visit to the restaurant became a test of patience. In addition to the excessive waiting times, the staff made several mistakes with our orders throughout our stay. We repeatedly received the wrong dishes or had to ask for corrections, which made the experience even more frustrating. I also became ill shortly after eating one of the restaurant's fruit platters. While I cannot say with certainty that the fruit was the cause, the timing was concerning and it unfortunately added to an already disappointing dining experience. The quality of the food was generally good, but it was overshadowed by the poor service. For a hotel in this price range, I expected a much more efficient and organized restaurant. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell well below expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DONT’ Go to the kendwa rocks restaurant! The food is NOT fresh. . I WAS SICK DURING THREE DAYS. !! Breakfast & dinner. Service is very slow/ bad 1h 45 to get a pizza !! They are not organised at all. They staff forget everything. I came 3y ago and the food was good but not everything is different. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
