I used to go past this place and see long queues. That is normally a good sign, right? Long queues means people must love it. Today, Saturday, I saw three people in the queue and so I was excited to try it!!! WRONG!! I was standing there for 25 minutes before I decided enough was enough. The person working there was more interested in his beeping Ipad and server water to people's dogs that actually serving customers. I even tried to ask him why its taking so long, but his response was quite rude. So I left. Kenny's are a good bowl store, but this one has no idea on customer service. Avoid unless you have the patience of a monk.
