It’s for sure a touristy place but the vibes are classic Polynesian. The prices are comparable to that description so not cheap. It’s well worth it with live music and a decent drink. If you eta there you must get the ribs. Sweet, tangy and crispy but still succulent. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

UPDATE: We heard things were better and went back in June 2024 and had an amazing time. Flawless food and service and a complete 180 degree difference from our experience in May 2023. ORIGINAL REVIEW: May 2023 This is our eighth time to Kauai and we've eaten at Keoki's Paradise every time. There will not be a ninth. We ordered a bottle of white wine, but it was pretty warm upon arrival. The server suggested that we wait 15m while it chilled on the table. We thought that was not a very good experience. As we were waiting, that allowed us to think about the terrible table we also got after placing our reservations at the earliest possible moment 45 days earlier. I talked to the manager who was unsympathetic to everything; suggesting we could wait a few minutes for another bottle and conceding that they were having wine cooler problems. I could tell she was the type to not really care, so I just returned to the table. She never paid us a visit. We eventually moved to another table and vacated the terrible table that they never sat anyone at for the rest of the night. In lieu of a bottle of wine, they told us we could order two 9 oz glasses that would be chilled. We did, but they were also warm. We drank them and didn't say a word. We only stayed because we had the reservation. The food was okay, but not exception. The server was pretty intimidated and stayed out of our way, so the service was about what you'd expect. Once again, the manager never returned. We've been at Keoki's when the manager made the rounds to all tables. Not tonight. Not sure if it was just our bad luck, but it seems like Keoki's may not staff people that care anymore. We wish you better luck. Be cautious if you like your white wine chilled.
