По совокупности факторов поставил бы 3.5-4. Самая большая проблема - время подачи блюд минимум 20 минут. Это очень долго, особенно в пустом зале. Вторая проблема - это расположение столов и декорации в зале. Нет ощущения уюта и приватности. Пригласите дизайнера пространств, один раз заплатите и пользуйтесь.
