ARTLOCALIST is pretty near Balat. You will be able to taste nicely cooked cheesecakes here. This place is known for great coffee or delicious tea.

The atmosphere and decor are very nice, it is a place where you can enjoy. It has a balcony on the top floor of three floors. Even though I gave it 5 stars, unfortunately the coffee is not delicious, either the machine has not been maintained for a long time, they use cheap beans, or the barista does not pay attention.
