I recently visited this cafe in Arusha and was deeply disappointed by the service. Despite arriving earlier and waiting patiently, I noticed that white customers who came later were served first. This kind of preferential treatment is unacceptable and does not align with the principles of fairness and hospitality that all customers deserve. As a paying customer, I felt undervalued and disrespected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that all patrons are treated equally, regardless of their background. Until I see improvements, I cannot recommend this establishment.
