As a Romanian visiting Boracay, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Kestia, a truly authentic Romanian restaurant. The food brought back memories of home, with everything tasting fresh and homemade. I had the mici, sarmale, and eggplant salad (vinete) served with homemade bread, and every dish was excellent. The flavors were authentic, the ingredients were fresh, and you could tell that everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and a high standard of quality that is hard to find even in many restaurants back home. If you are looking for authentic Romanian cuisine in Boracay, Kestia is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended! I will certainly come back on my next trip to Boracay.
