Amazing food! I had the chicken burger 5mg of carbs and my husband had the Greek wrap 5mg of carbs. Such great clean flavours. Such a warm welcome and service was outstanding. He even delivered to our car while we waited 10mins. Purchased a keto sourdough loaf and bread rolls too. Also had a caramel ice cream 3mg carbs and just can’t believe our meal was keto, utterly delicious and can’t wait to come back. Please open more stores - we need more healthy fast food. Thank you - will definitely be back. Best crispy chicken sandwich and tasty fried chicken. Visited for the first time in January 2023 because I was watching a keto YouTube video and the add came up. I did not even know we had a Keto fast food option in Calgary. So I told my husband, I have to try it.
I ordered the half order of fried chicken, the lil' bird crispy chicken sandwich and was blown away on the flavor. If I lived close by, it would be a weekly staple.

LOVE Keto Grill & Bakery!!!The bread is my ultimate favorite, its soo spongy & wayyy better than regular bread in my opinion. Our favorite dessert has got to be their salted caramel cheesecakes as it really hits the sweet tooth cravings without the guilt. We cannot live without their food as we are loving all options on their menu, we are always there buying their desserts and bread!My husband and I personally know the owners & they live & breathe the keto lifestyle which really shows that they know what keto is all about! Amazing job guys, thank you for finally bringing the best Keto resto to Calgary to date.
