Pho Huynh Hiep is pretty near Vantage Point Park. Many guests come here to try perfectly cooked broth. Some visitors like great iced coffee at this restaurant.
From the guests' point of view, the staff is annoying here. Pho Huynh Hiep is remarkable for its good service. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Almost 20 years in the making after the original got burned down. Finally Kevin noodle house after several renovations and vandalism, have finally came back from its skeleton self and looking better and more masculine ... talking about the new structure! the menu is pretty much the same, the prices also is still good for bay area, portions are still big, lots of noodle options, the shrimp spring rolls got tiny and skinny, the eggrolls are super hard using the rice papers as wrappers, pho was decent but I think it used to be more flavorful. Everything was fresh, restaurant looks new and clean. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Takes CC and they have plenty of parking. Good for families and any time of the day meal. Classic spot. Glad they came back.

Food came out VERY fast which was great since we were hungry. It all tasted good but I just wished the broth was hotter when it first came out. Overall service was good, new space is big and there's a parking lot. Music was a bit loud for me, so it was hard to hear my friend when we were talking. Excited this spot is finally open again.

I'm giving this location five stars, for their quick service, quality of pho, and food. I've been a dedicated customer to Kevin's noodles from Daly city and San Francisco. Oddly this location closed, like many other good food around Oakland, and I've seen the same people from this shop working in walnut creek. Will they come back to service Oakland?
